The recipient calls the Château of their choice — or books online — and presents the card at the table. We take care of the rest.
Every Reserve gift card is redeemable at both of our Châteaus: The Château On The Lake (Bolton Landing, NY) and The Château Anna Maria (Holmes Beach, FL).
Reserve gift cards do not expire. Use the full amount in one visit, or across multiple visits — we keep the balance on file.
Digital gift cards arrive within 24 hours by email. Physical Reserve boxes ($25 presentation fee) ship via your choice of 3-Day Select ($15), 2-Day Air ($25), or Next Day Air ($35) — selected at checkout. In-store pickup at either Château is ready within 48 hours.
Yes — your message is printed on the card and included in the booklet. There's no character limit, but we recommend keeping it to a few sentences for the printed presentation.
Each experience card has a reservation code printed on the back. The recipient calls the Château directly to schedule — subject to availability — and the experience is honored on the booked night.
